History
Distance Education Research and Application Center, with the proposal of the Siirt University Senate's decision dated 27.06.2014 and numbered 2014/12-06, in the Council of Higher Education(YÖK) Executive Board meeting dated 10.09.2014, "Basis: YÖK Law No. 2547, Amendment No. 2880: 7/d, established with the decision taken according to Article -2.
In the Fall Term of the 2015-2016 Academic Year, it started to provide education and training services by taking its first students. Since the Spring Semester of the 2015-2016 Academic Year, it continues its educational activities in Kezer Campus Rectorate Building, B Block Floor: 1 and 2.
